Overview

At PowerPay LTD, our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain goods cannot be returned:

  • Perishable items (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additional non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete a return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Partial Refunds

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, PowerPay LTD will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company—it may take time before a refund is officially posted
  • Contact your bank for processing time

Sale Items

Only regular priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

PowerPay LTD replaces items only if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

If the item was a gift shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

If the gift was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.


Shipping Returns

You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items. PowerPay LTD cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
